Hi, I’m Rhea Anand, a graphic designer studying Graphic Design at RISD, with a concentration in Computation, Technology, and Culture.
I design systems more than single images: typography that responds to rules, motion that carries meaning, and tools that turn an idea into something people can use. I work across editorial, motion, and interactive design, and I often write the code myself.
Recently, I’ve been designing and building Art Atlas, an app for discovering exhibitions and art events, taking it from Figma prototypes to a working web app. I also design data-driven and editorial work for the Brown Political Review and visual media for Fashion@Brown.
Growing up Indian shaped how I see: pattern, color, and storytelling are everywhere in my culture, and I’m drawn to work that finds meaning in everyday things and gives them new form.
Outside the studio, I play the sitar, bake and am always making something with my hands.
I’m looking for a summer 2027 design internship.
